Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, organization or affiliation, email address, selected profile, request type, challenge description, submission time and reference. We use this information to review your needs, contact you and manage the enquiry.

Submission storage and email

Enquiries are stored in a server-side database. If email sending fails, a successfully saved enquiry remains available to the authorized MS6 administrator. When transactional email is connected, the relevant submission information is sent through the email service to notify MS6 and confirm receipt to you.

Website traffic

Public pages use browser storage to create a daily browser identifier and a session identifier. The server stores hashed identifiers, the visited page, time, referring website domain and approximate device type. These records support daily views, approximate visitors and sessions. They do not identify individual people or automatically classify visitors as companies.

Traffic records do not store visitor names, email addresses or raw IP addresses. Enquiry and application endpoints use an IP-derived hash to limit repeated submissions. Blocking browser storage or tracking may prevent a visit from being counted.

Careers

If you apply for a role, we store the application details you provide and your uploaded CV to review the application and contact you. Candidate records and CV downloads require authorized administrative access.

Access and retention

Website administration pages require authentication and an authorized account. Enquiry, application and traffic records persist across ordinary website updates. The current implementation does not automatically delete these records after a fixed period.
