How is this different from enterprise readiness?
Data readiness focuses on information and its dependencies. Enterprise readiness also examines business value, processes, technology, people and governance. MS6 offers both.
Does an assessment include implementation?
The assessment produces findings and a prioritized plan. Cleansing, integration and implementation can be scoped as connected delivery work, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria agreed.
Do we need to share all our data at the start?
No. Initial scoping can begin with the business problem and a description of relevant systems. Access, sample data and handling requirements are agreed before assessment work.
